The Baron's Betrothal: An On-Again, Off-Again, On-Again Regency Romance (Horsemen of the Apocalypse #2)
Miranda Davis
Unknown Book 8823901 - Unknown Author 902 Um just say no! I love a good bodice ripper perhaps more then the next girl but this was just unfortunate. The back story was vauge and disjointed and the characters were dull. I think what makes a histarical romance stand out for me, or any romance for that matter is the dialoge that goes on between the hero and heroine, infortunatly this books banter had no sizzle. I think that romance novels are a very under rated genre and done right they can be incredible but the key is to have characters that are at least in some way believeable and real. Unfortunatly these two just made me want to nod off.
