Don't believe all the book bashers. This is not a bad book or a let down from the rest of the series. The problem with this book lies in the fact that what it is really doing is tying up all the loose ends. Yes like a very long epilogue. If I could go back and do it again I would have read Gone directly after Fade without any time laps at all so that both book would have basically melded into one. That would have left me a very satisfied reader. As a stand alone novel there is far to little story line going on and much too much emotional umming and arring. But all in all still a bitter sweet but satisfying conclusion to a very unique series.
