I don't usuually enjoy books about the fae, fairies or whatever you want to call them, and would never have picked up this book had it not been my book clubs book of the month. But having said that I realy did find it to be an easy enjoyable read. The dialog was not exactly challanging but what made the book interesting for me was the new twist on "fairy" lore, and the way the author actually atemts to explain the science behind it. So often you read a book about a mythical creature and you are left with a so many questions about what they are etc.that it almost distrtacts from the story. My only complaint was that this book was billed as a paranarmal romance and the author waited until the last 10 pages before anything truly romantic happened! Im hoping this is fixed in the next instalment.
