Grrr! I bitched like hell when the first book in this series spent ages world building and then just when the action eventually started the book came to a sudden end. But I thought I would give the second book a go because surely it was going to pick up where the first book left off and be action packed from the very beginning. Boy was I wrong! This book did the same things as the first one. It meandered slowly through the first three quarters, picked up at the end, then left me with a cliff hanger ending!I suppose it is a case of fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be reading the third book!
